association/board for the community that the web site will serve.

Orders will be processed by our payment processing partner, Plimus Inc.,
and will appear on your credit card as "PLI*_HOASPACE_COM".

Credit card payments will automatically renew at the beginning of
subsequent billing periods (monthly or annually) until cancellation.

Check payments do not renew automatically, and you will need to use
the signup process once each year to submit your renewal payment.

All monthly payments must be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, or a bank debit card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo on the front. We can only accept checks or wire transfers for annual payments, and there will be an additional charge added to the annual fee for check or wire transfer processing. The additional charges will depend on the payment method selected and will appear on the printable order form displayed during the ordering process.

If you have an existing trial site that has not yet expired, it will be converted to the plan you have selected. Any existing content and customizations you have made will remain intact.

If you are paying by check or wire transfer, please note that your web site will not be set up or upgraded until the check or transfer has cleared with Plimus, our payment processor. This may take several days from the time the check is received in their office.
