and certify that I am an authorized agent acting on behalf of the
association/board for the community that the web site will serve.

Orders will be processed by our payment processing partner, Plimus Inc.,
and will appear on your credit card as "PLI*_HOASPACE_COM".

Credit card payments will automatically renew at the beginning of
subsequent billing periods (monthly or annually) until cancellation.

eCheck payments do not renew automatically, and you will need to use
the signup process once each year to submit your renewal payment.

All monthly payments must be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, or a bank debit card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo on the front. We can only accept eChecks or wire transfers on an annual payment basis. Wire transfers may incur an additional charge added to the annual fee for processing. There is no additional fee for credit card, debit card, or eCheck payments.

If you have an existing trial site that has not yet expired, it will be converted to the plan you have selected. Any existing content and customizations you have made will remain intact.
