messages, and other information stored on your web site. The Extended Plan includes 1500 MB of
monthly data transfer and is well-suited for larger communities or residents that would like to have more
interactive features on their web site such as a discussion board, classified ads, a community event calendar,
a pet registry, and surveys.

Mega Plan

Our Mega Plan includes all of our most popular features as described on the
Plan Comparison page. This plan includes our custom feedback form designer, member importing¹,
a member finder, and an action item management system. It also increases the available disk space to 200 MB of storage
for documents, photos, messages, and other information stored on your web site, and provides 3000 MB of monthly traffic
allowance. While most typical communities will find the Extended Plan adequate, the Mega Plan is
designed to meet the needs of very large communities, or communities that have a large number of
documents or photos that need to be stored on the web site and accessed frequently by many residents.

Uber Plan

Our Uber Plan includes all of the features of our Mega Plan, but doubles the amount of
disk storage space to 400 MB, and includes a monthly traffic allowance of 6000 MB.

Please note that payment by check or wire transfer is available, however, we can only accept check
or wire transfer payments for accounts prepaid annually, and an additional processing charge
will be added to the annual fee. The additional charges will depend on the payment method selected
and will appear on the printable order form displayed during the ordering process.
We do not provide registration services for your domain name (if you choose to use
a domain name for your site). We allow you to register your domain name wherever you
choose, giving you total control over your domain registration costs.² A domain name is
not required for your site. A subdomain name of your choosing (subject to availability) is included
with your site.
¹ Our profile import process reads CSV (comma-separated, variable-length) text files. Most database
applications provide some ability to export information to a CSV-formatted file, which can then be used with
our import process to automatically generate profiles for your members on your web site. In order to successfully
import your member information, the file provided to the import process must contain at least
a user ID, password, first name, last name, and email address for each member record.
² The cost of registering a domain varies, depending on the registrar you choose.
You can register a domain name at the registrar of your choice, and we will tell you
how to configure it to point to your new HOASpace web site once it is ready.
