"We have been looking at HOA Web Site providers since June of 2016. After reviewing at least half dozen providers, in late 2016 we chose HOASPACE. We purchased the service and started development in early 2017. On April 4, 2017 we went live. As Administrator, my interface with customer service has been mainly to ask questions about things that I should have known.
Vinnie Murdico has been our service interface, and his thorough, knowledgeable, and timely responses have been nothing short of amazing. On April 24th, at about 6:30 in the evening, we hit what so far has been to only valid bug. Because of the bug, our colander of events was lost.
